PAMLA 2023 is pleased to feature our Book Exhibit in the Plaza Foyer of the Hilton Portland Downtown! Our exhibit hall is full of a variety of publishers and book sellers, including W.W. Norton, University of Hell Press, Broadview Press, PM Press, Verso, Haymarket, and our good friends at Mother Foucault’s Bookshop in Portland, our favorite bookstore in the Portland area.
BOOK EXHIBIT HOURS (Plaza Foyer)
Thursday, October 26, 9 am – 4:30 PM
Friday, October 27, 9 am – 3:30 PM
Saturday, October 28, 8:30 am – 11:30 am, and then 1-4:30 pm
Sunday, October 29, 9 am – Noon
Additionally, PAMLA members with new books can bring them to display. Note: there will be an unmanned table, so we can’t guarantee that their book won’t walk away.
We are also proud to add that participants of our Book Exhibit like Greg Gerding of University of Hell Press, Elizabeth Pieslor of W.W. Norton, and Don LePan of Broadview Press, will all be presenting at the conference. Seek them out for a chat in the Book Exhibit, or after their session ends:

Mother Foucault’s Bookshop will be present, and do note that they are our local bookstore, as well as the site of the Friday Night Poetry reading, A Little Night’s Poetry at Mother Foucault’s Bookshop (Friday, Oct. 27, 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM, at 523 SE Morrison St., Portland, OR 97214).
