We are open to papers on a wide range of topics engaging with autobiography, including, for example, essays that focus on use of the visual in autobiography; depictions of the "other" in memoir and autobiography; spatial, environmental, and movement/diaspora issues; identity and embodiment issues, including questions of self-fashioning as opposed to the power of gender, history, ethnicity, and class; social media and autobiography; and politics and activism and autobiography.
